The policy of P. K. MYRIAM TRADING LIMITED is to offer its customers high-quality and safe products and services.
To achieve the above, its Management has adopted a Management System in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, which it applies across all its activities.
The scope of the company’s activities is:
IMPORT, TRADE AND MAINTENANCE OF MACHINERY, TOOLS AND CONSUMABLES FOR THE WOODWORKING INDUSTRY; SHARPENING OF CUTTING TOOLS FOR THE WOODWORKING INDUSTRY.
The company’s ambition and commitment is to continually improve the effectiveness of its Management System, focusing on:
- Reviewing and continually improving the characteristics of its products and services (where feasible) and the effectiveness of its processes.
- Setting measurable, objective targets and evaluating the extent to which they are achieved as part of the Management System Review.
- Providing resources to ensure appropriate infrastructure and the smooth and effective operation of every department.
- Encouraging staff and providing continuous training, information and education so that they promote Quality and Safety in every activity and develop a culture of Quality and Safety.
- Complying with the requirements of interested parties (legislation, regulations, etc.).
This policy is reviewed as necessary and is available to all interested parties, as appropriate.
